Peter is the founder of Target ICT Ltd and joins us all the way from Nigeria. We speak about everything mindset in this episode starting with reframing our current story to one that serves us better in meeting our goals and objectives.
Peter shared with us how powerful it is to not let the expectations from others mess with our mind and our hopes or dreams for what we think is possible for us to achieve. He shared that taking the first step is all you need to do, as if you are waiting for things to be perfect, you will be waiting forever.
Another key discussion point was how to reduce pressure, stress and tension by staying in the present rather than putting attention on the future. And that by making the unfamiliar familiar and setting our future self’s up for success we can accomplish anything we set our minds to.
