We so often find ourselves asking others, "How are you?"—a common gesture of care and connection. Yet, how often do we pause to ask ourselves the same question? This 10-minute meditation is an opportunity to turn inward and check in with yourself. To gently ask, "How am I doing? How am I feeling? What do I need?" and to really listen to the answer. Through this practice, you will be guided to connect with your body, mind, and heart, offering yourself moments of introspection to discover what you truly need right now. This meditation is about honoring yourself—checking in, accepting yourself fully, and providing the care you deserve. Not because you’ve earned it, but simply because you are worthy of it.
