They also hope Gerrard's arrival at Villa could be an opportunity for the likes of Jacob Ramsey and Carney Chukwuemeka to learn from the one-time Liverpool midfielder.

Birmingham Live football writer Patrick Rowe, who runs the popular Twitter page @PGR_Analytics, also joined the show to explain how Gerrard might set-up the team and his overall footballing approach. Patrick also explains who features in Gerrard's sizeable coaching staff, which includes the highly-rated Michael Beale.

They also lookahead to the Brighton game and try to predict how Gerrard might approach the game in front of a full Villa Park.
