Psychiatrist Mark McDonald explains that anger is a healthy signal of boundaries being crossed. But if you feel overwhelmed, it can turn into destructive rage. In this episode, he helps us to understand how we can express anger in a healthy way. He also teaches us about courage – which he defines as acting despite being fearful. The Psychiatrist believes that happiness is built more on the small day-to-day things, rather than the bigger picture. In this episode, he gives advice on how to find it despite of a challenging political situation.
