In this special BHI episode we get to meet special guest Alexandra Artzoglou. We have the pleasure of hearing her life story on how she first got involved in psychedelics as well as the work helping and advocating for psychedelic use to help individuals with there mental health.
Currently, Alexandra aids others get their lives (and minds) in order by becoming conscious and intentional about how they spend their time, where they direct their attention, which habits to cultivate and how to achieve long-term goals by frequently hitting shorter-term milestones. Simply put, she others self-actualize through coaching.
