Hi, my name is M Benjamin Valerio. Imagine you go to a gallery, art museum, or even someones instagram that does photography or videography. All the art that you see if the final product you can't see what it took the artist to create that piece. Same goes with people, when you see somebody successful nobody thinks about the struggles they went through and the lessons that they learned. This is what "BEHIND THE FRAME" is, it's a podcast where I share my mistakes and lessons from said mistakes or even just stuff that I've learned from other people or books. The point is to provide experience to you, the listener, so you can learn from me and hopefully become a better you!
