My weight loss is just a physical representation of what transformed internally. I quite literally reversed Everything from my physical health problems such as type 2 diabetes/insulin resistance, asthma, allergies, rosacea, autoimmune reactions, leaky gut/intestinal permeability, Fully recovered from multiple shoulder dislocations, complete acl tear and multiple knee injuries, Diet, exercise, relationship with food. Quitting my addictions to alcohol, food, nicotine, marijuana etc. Stopping my psychiatric medications for bipolar, adhd, depression, anxiety, ocd, Tourette's and reversing the conditions themselves. I also healed burnt bridges with family/friends, Improved all of my relationships. Massively increased the success of my Massage Therapy practice and my band short for arthur. And much more. We discuss, faith, my version of spirituality, and much more!

Robin studied Psychology at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She began her business in 2014 after completing her reiki training. She is currently a reiki master and is teaching students how to become teachers themselves. During her reiki sessions she noticed that her clients needed tools, so that's when she started making jewellery. She studied past life regression and hypnotherapy, has written a book, completed her reflexology on the feet, body and face. She has also received certifications in theta healing, spiritual alignment connection, sound healing, therapeutic touch, indian head massage and is currently attending her yoga teacher training with Breathing Space, while finishing her hand reflexology.
