Hi there, I'm Judy Croon. I'm doing something a little different today. I’m chatting with my friend Christina Cherneskey and you’ll see why in a very quick moment. Christina is a senior communications professional with 30 years of experience leading news teams, guiding leadership workshops, developing strategy, implementing award-winning news programs, writing articles and blogs, as well as instructing journalism, podcast creation and social media. She is the CEO of her company, Christina Cherneskey Communications - a strategic media agency which helps clients tell their stories. Passionate about her Ukrainian ancestry, she became an election observer for the Canadian government (2012 & 2014), overseeing two contentious elections in Ukraine with observers from around the world. Those journeys to Ukraine underscored the fierce pride she has for her heritage. She has never forgotten the hardships that her great grandparents endured when they emigrated to Saskatchewan from western Ukraine in 1905. Today, Christina and I chat about direct and immediate ways that we can help the people of Ukraine. A great website is the Ukrainian Canadian Congress at http://www.UCC.CA If you have any websites that you want to share, please feel free to reach out to http://www.ChristinaCherneskey.ca or me at http://www.JudyCroon.com Thank you
