In the sure to be classic episode of Candy Teeth Radio Jeremy Gregory and Geoff Weeg have the owner of guitar maniacs, musician, and Tacoma legend, Rick King in the studio. Rick has a million unbelievable stories from dealing guitars to huge acts, from AC/DC, Bon Jovi, and Metallica to Kurt Cobain. He also talks about owning instruments from Phil Spector's collection. Geoff, talks about how surreal it was to record with instruments that were used in the making of "Last Train to Clarksville" and the Beach Boys "Pet Sounds". Rick talks about his favorite Tacoma music including The Sonics, Girl Trouble, and The Twist as he reminisces on some of Tacoma's good old days. The group listens to three songs from different bands Rick is a part of, and they even get a little squirt of the H.R. Puff and Stuff theme song. This episode speaks to the nostalgia of growing up in Tacoma, owning your own business, and what a musically gritty city this is. Thanks for listening and remember to like the Facebook page, and subscribe on Podomatic or iTunes. Stay tuned for next week's episode 53, featuring Shroom Brothers Bob Jewell and Carrie Foster.
