Welcome to today's YouTube For Realtors WALK AND TALK #49- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions everyday and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!

In todays episode I do a deep dive into Why Tom Ferry Marketing Techniques are KILLING The Real Estate Industry. I am getting frustrated with these real estate coaches and one of the top real estate Tik Tok influencers was posting on their social media about how happy and excited they were to go door knocking. Now this person has over a million followers on TikTok. We have got to stop taking advice from people who've never been a licensed real estate agent, stopped taking advice from people who've never closed the deal, never felt the pain and struggle. The reason this brings me so much pain is because for the better part of twelve months and for thousands of videos, I listen to these people and it brought me zero business. Now, if I wanted to be held accountable then my ultimate goal should have been surrounding myself with people who will keep me accountable, who may have a vested interest in it. Right? Not just some coach that we pay.

How do you think I become one of the top coaches? I'll just leverage all these real estate agents, put them up on my stage and then make them coach all the other real estate agents. And to me, it's just a flawed business model. But what we want to really discuss today is the message they are sending into the real estate world, the marketing that they are teaching. I want to talk about how we can change this, how you can actually even in this crazy twisting market right now, because with the interest rates starting to skyrocket and the market tensing up and a lot of words, as we all know, getting thrown out there on social media bubbles. And yet all these people that are content marketing and YouTube marketing, they were having their most profitable months, quarters, years, even in these tough times, because people are still going to be buying homes. And I'm thinking in my mind, how coveted everybody moving/relocating. Well, that was just the certain people that wanted out of their city. But overall, relocation due to covet more people stayed put so relocation is going to pick up. And now these people have an opportunity to actually shop for homes and not put in an offer with 80 more people. And so people who are leveraging YouTube for real estate, content marketing and answering consumers questions, their business is going to flourish. I am planning to write a book for you homies, and I am more excited as you are because even I am doing this walk and talk to give you advices for free I still want to give you more!!
