Dr Odell Glenn Jr. holds a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from The State University of New York at Stony Brook, two master of science degrees from New Jersey Institute of Technology (electrical and manufacturing systems engineering) and a doctoral degree from The University of South Carolina in chemical engineering. He is a full-time instructor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and has taught part-time in the science department at the historically black university “ALLEN UNIVERSITY” in Columbia, SC. Dr Glenn is also a full-time caregiver and has been for over 13 years. He has written a book, entitled “CAREGIVING: THE INSPIRATIONAL MANUAL”, to and for caregivers. The wisdom and experience that he has gained are intended to be shared to help, shape, inform or guide someone else along life’s tedious journey. His overall mission in life is to minister to the intellectual, social and spiritual needs of all people. He is also the founder and CEO of his non-profit organization entitled “The 3 Tier Foundation”. On the Top, he has his own radio show. entitled “OG INSPIRATIONAL RADIO” educates, inspires, encourages, uplifts and motivates. His radio show can be heard nationwide through IHEART RADIO each week. Dr Glenn can be described as a man of faith with many hats. His purpose is to utilize all of his experiences and education to empower and motivate people of all faiths, nationalities, backgrounds and persuasion.
