Clarity Fam,

It's a picture perfect Fall in Upstate NY. It's my family's favorite time of year for sure. With all the coming and going of the season change, the holidays, and the picking up of end-of-year business, there also comes the conflict of life and relationship.

I'm not a huge fan of conflict. I shy away from it typically, however, I'm learning that setting my ego and fear aside when conflict arises actually makes the it MORE likely that I will have deeper, more meaningful relationships.

Today I tie this principle back to my very first job in the auto industry and bring it all the way through today.

I hope it gives you a bit of a perspective unlock to the conflicts in your life right now.
