Performance training at any level can be complex, but it doesn’t need to be. With youth and high school athletes, there is often a feeling of wanting to do more as that can put you ahead. Hard work is definitely part of the process but it has to be smart as well.

In this episode, we discuss what traying could look like and why more isn’t necessarily better. A lot can be accomplished by sticking to the basics a lot can be accomplished in not only maximizing performance but also helping reduce injury risk. We discuss in depth what that might look like and how you can work it into your training.
