Today I speak with IFBB Pro Erin Dennis, who was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and went to Ohio State for Mechanical Engineering. She then moved to North Carolina to work for Goodyear, where she design tires. She started competing in 2018 and turned Pro at the 2019 National Championships. She has since competed in 7 IFBB Pro shows. Erin openly talks about her experiences changes coaches and how she approaches growth between shows. She believes that anybody can pursue fitness regardless of circumstance. She has worked a full time, demanding job ever since she got into body building and some days wakes up at 3am to get to the gym before work for cardio.

Erin wants everyone to know that anything is possible if it’s a priority for you. You don not want to miss the interview!
