Daycares are reopening across the country and parents are asking themselves whether is safe or not to take their kids back.

What is daycare going to look like? What are the new rules/guidelines?

Parents have been asked to provide their own snacks for their children, and Chef Fer brings you three easy snack recipes to make at home.

INGREDIENTS for Fruit Roll-Ups:

• 3 cups of strawberries
• brown sugar (optional)

INGREDIENTS for Petit Suisse:

• 250 ml water
• 1 Jello envelope
• 400 gr of Mascarpone cheese
• 200 ml of whipping cream
• 50 gr of sugar

INGREDIENTS for Cheese Crackers:

• 100 grs of cheddar cheese
• 200 grs of bread flour
• 200 grs of butter at room temperature
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp of milk
• 1 Tbsp of baking powder
• 1 tsp of yellow mustard
