After you drop a bomb on your life you have the opportunity to get back to your most simple self and ask “what do I actually want”. This conversation is with a woman who gave herself that permission after going through a divorce.

In this episode my guest and friend, Bryn Daylor, shares how she came to truly know who she is through the catalyst of her divorce. We discuss codependent relationship patterns and how Bryn outsourced her wants, needs, and autonomy to her partner without even realizing it.

It took her years but eventually, the voice telling her that she needed to experience life on her own terms became too loud. Bryn takes us through her divorce and all its hardship and all its beauty. We talk about the gifts that this breakup brought her and the woman that she became because of it.

  • 15:10 Bringing more intention into your relationship
  • 23:44 Building a new relationship with yourself
  • 28:09 Staying in the emotion vs numbing out
  • 38:25 How to find something that allows you to in integrity
