Molly Galbraith is co-founder and woman in charge at Girls Gone Strong. For several years she has been dedicating her professional work to this health and fitness movement with the purpose to make a difference in women’s lives, through creating world-leading women’s health, fitness, and nutrition education and resources. In this conversation we explore communication, respect and the experiences Molly has encountered on her way into fitness both as an athlete and a professional trainer. We also dive in to some of the specific areas of life where women can benefit from modifying exercise, and getting real about life as an individual that identify themselves as female.
