The droll style of comedy delivered by Joe Pera has been quite refreshing as of late and with 'Joe Pera Talks with You' is a returning for a third season via Adult Swim on Cartoon Network.
Pera plays a choir director, who I would have loved to have as an instructor while in high school. Instead of someone like Pera, mine kept calling me, "Bob," something only two people are allowed to call me, not because I respect them, but because I fearful of them. Luckily, that ended quickly when I learned his first name was, "Richard," and I started to referring to him by his least favorite nickname.
As for Pera, his series returns this Sunday at 12:30 a.m. ET with all new episodes.
The first episode of this relaxing comedy show will follow Joe as he helps his friend Gene pick out his retirement chair at a furniture store and the season-long search for the perfect place to sit goes from there.
Additionally, this season, Joe will cover Great Lakes Ice Breakers, second fridges, cooking fish in the woods, classroom-appropriate movies, drone warfare, and much more!
