Hey loves, Happy New Year! I am so excited for us to share this time together. It’s wonderful to be at the beginning of a new year looking downrange at all of the possibilities that await.

This is a point that I want to emphasize with you. This new year is a blank slate with an incredible amount of space for growth and exploration. This is what this journey demands of us. There are no shortcuts, but there are ways to be smarter and more strategic on this journey. Which is why mindset is so critical.

Thoughts, beliefs, actions, results. It’s logical, linear, and most importantly, true. I have to share something really quick with you because just a few minutes before I started recording this episode, I got an email from one of my ladies who wanted to share a gloriously positive pee stick. I bet you can hear the smile on my face right now.

Not only did this woman trust herself enough to change things up on her journey, which meant telling her bum squad exactly what she wanted, and she refused to give up, but she made a decision she was going to be successful. What is even more exciting than that is she did it within 12 months of completing my program.

See, I know some of you think I’m kidding or exaggerating when I say that I work with women who are committed to getting pregnant in the next 12 months. I’m not. And my ladies are living proof. She did it, and it’s possible for you, too. It is, it is, it is! This is why I felt it on my heart to begin this year with you by way of blessing and meditation.

More often than not, we block the good that is coming at us from all angles when we tell ourselves that what we want is too much, we don’t deserve it, or that the level of good we desire is just for other people. None of that shit’s true! What is true is that being successful on this journey requires growth and it demands that you develop a tenacity that you might have never had.

You have to be willing to get out of the confines of your five senses and feel your way through it. What I mean by that is you must be willing to put more stock in what your heart is telling you. You have to be willing to engage infinite possibility, not just what the numbers say. Because if you listen to this podcast and have shared in the stories of my ladies that beat the odds, You know that the so called numbers are wrong all the fucking time.

But your heart, if you’re willing to tell the truth, gets that shit right all the time. Yes, yes, I know that in the middle of it, it may not look like it, but if you take a step back, I bet you know for a fact that every decision, even though it was messy, kinda fucked up, or even mildly inconvenient, When you followed your heart, you know you got it right.

Even if the outcome wasn’t what you expected. Because every time you give yourself a chance to follow your heart, even when shit is sort of fucked up, there is a deep down part of you, to the core of your being, that begins to trust yourself at an entirely new level. Because you know you have your own back.

And now, here’s my prayer for you. My prayer for you as we begin this new year is that you will learn to trust yourself more than you ever have. That you will begin to use a calculus that is at a higher frequency than your five senses. That your yeses become hell yeses, and that you will stand in your hell nose.

Even though every saboteur inside of you is screaming that you will lose love. Because in standing by your hell yeses and nos, You will find an unconditional love inside of you that will make you irresistible to the baby you know is meant for you. I pray for your peace, calm, and swaggery confidence, because Mama, it is your birthright.

I pray that you will allow yourself to receive this year, and I pray that you open your heart to the love that is worthy of you. I ask God Universe Source to guide and protect you every step of the way. And that you will be inspired to write your name in big, bold, pink sharpie all over 2022. With the knowledge that words have power and thoughts become things, let your heart overflow with excitement and joy that this will come to pass.

Now loves, I want to invite you to get into a comfortable place and get ready to do this meditation. Give yourself a chance to get comfy in your chair, in your couch, or on your bed. And just start to allow yourself to receive this. I want to read you a short meditation from one of my favorite spiritual teachers.

U. S. Anderson. It is from his book Three Magic Words. It is his fifth meditation. And because I want you to start this year off with so much love for yourself, so much trust, and so much desire to tap into that inner knowing, that intuition within you, and that knowing that the desire in your heart to be a mom is there because it was meant for you, I thought this would be the perfect meditation.

So let’s begin. I listen to the voice of the universe as it speaks within me. It is the voice of truth. And it guides me unerringly along the paths of my life. Somewhere deep within me, in the perfect bud of my soul, there stands an immobile universe. Where all things and all law lie revealed. I reach within this place of peace and quietness.

I hearken to the voice of my heart. I close my eyes and sense a living, breathing universe dwelling within me. And I, dwelling in it. I am one with all people, and all life, and all things. I move in accordance with divine law. All the limitless power of creation is mine to draw upon. For it is in me, and one with me, and I am part of it.

The answer comes with the question, the path is lighted with the first step, the way is cleared with the looking, the goal is in sight with the desire. I know that I am fulfilling the fondest wish of God, for I place myself in his hands, taking each step of my life boldly and strongly. For it is God who prompts me.

And God moves with sureness. I see tomorrow, for I know today. And this day is father of tomorrow. The things of my life are the children of my thoughts. And my thoughts of today are even now bearing the children of tomorrow. All that is good, I desire. All that is evil, I refuse to accept. By attaining, I do not deprive.

All that is and ever will be is available to every man. He need only ask and it shall be given. I bind myself to the power for good that surges heavenward all around me. The limits and inhibitions of my past are gone. Each day is a new birth of my soul. Each day is another step on my journey to a oneness with God.

I do not seek. I know. I do not strive. I am guided. And it is with this blessing and meditation, my loves, that I wish you an incredible new year.
