

#40: One reason many people fail to make changes to their health is that they’re trying to work from the outside in, rather than changing from the inside out. This is what we call making an identity shift. How we view ourselves (both on a conscious and subconscious level) has a huge effect on the actions we take each day. The good news is that it's possible to shift our identity to be more useful if needed. We'll go over how in this episode!
