Developing and practicing the skill of feeling your feelings is actually a superpower, if there ever was one. It can often feel ambiguous and vague about what to do with these feelings that showed up strongly out of nowhere, but tune in to this episode as I break down exactly how to process an emotion in a way the feels constructive and healthy vs. urgent, trying to run away from the feeling to get rid of it, and actually making it feel stronger whenever you resist it. This is a for sure don't miss episode, see you inside!
