Selma Masood, principal at SM & Co Solicitors, had an ambition to own her own law firm by age 40 – she did it. She also had ambitions to sit on the judiciary by age 40 – she achieved that too.
Selma is an accomplished lawyer with firm views on what it takes to reach the top and is keen to share what she has learned with women new to the profession.
