Based on our experience as a coach, we have observed that these challenges are eerily similar, requiring the same protocols to fix. In this episode, we'll walk you through each age range, highlighting the key health concerns that arise and the warning signs your body gives you.
Starting with 25-30 year olds, we discuss digestion issues like bloating, IBS, and poor digestion. We'll explore the complex nature of digestion and how it involves a series of processes that can lead to digestive distress.
For 30-40 year olds, we focus on metabolism and major hormone issues such as declining thyroid health, weight gain, peri-menopause and menopause-related issues like hot flashes and night sweats.
For 40-50 year olds, we address joint pain, arthritis, and mobility issues, as well as how these challenges can impact mental and emotional health.
For 50-60 year olds, we delve into cardiovascular health, high blood pressure, and cholesterol, and the lifestyle changes that can help prevent these issues.
For those 60 and older, we discuss brain health and memory, and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and staying active in order to maintain cognitive function.
