On the October 30th, 2021 edition of Notre Dame Federal Credit Union's Irish Sports Saturdays, hosts Angelo Di Carlo chat with former Notre Dame All American Chris Zorich! Chris reflects on the 1988 national championship and what a special team it was for him to be a starter on that team as a sophomore after not playing as a freshman. He also explains what Lou Holtz told him about Lou's biggest regret from his coaching days. Zorich shares a great story about his recruitment to Notre Dame and how he thought Notre Dame was A LOT farther than just 90 miles away from his hometown of Chicago and how even though it proved to be closer to home than he realized, it was way different than what he grew up with his area of Chicago. He also weighs in on the 2021 Irish.
