Ever thought if I was better at X, then I would be more liked by others?
If only they thought I was good at this, then they will realise.
Or maybe you just wanted praise for your efforts to make you feel loved?

I got into my story a little to highlight a pattern that many people are living just like I did.
I unpack how this pattern of wanting to be good at everything I did (and being quite good at most things I put the work into) and how this actually ruined my life and made me miserable.
Ultimately it left me alone and bitter towards the people around me.
