A good morning routine determines how good your day will be since you have everything planned and set out clearly. Doing things such as exercise, reading and writing a journal, and silent affirmations, set you up in good moods to start one’s day.

I stay positive through writing a list of things that I would love to accomplish the following day and working towards achieving them since they make me feel good. Being grateful, for instance, through laughter, ignites positivity within oneself as the mind absorbs the energy of being grateful.

Positivity and good vibes are attributes of how we choose to see and analyze situations. Positive and good energy is determined by what side of the story we choose to lay on since, positive people attract positive energy, while, negative people attract negative feelings. Words are also very powerful since negative words kill positive energy and trigger negative emotions.
