1. Recognize that all your experiences have been blessed

• When you go though something, analyze and find love and light within it
• The only thing you have to do on this earth is:
• Experience everything you desire
• Analyze all those things
• Understand why you did them
• Accept that you did them
• Along your path, teach others
• Nothing is meant to overcome
• You were sent here to create those things to overcome
• If you need to overcome something, that thing is now powerful than you
• Everyone creates their perfect reality, and everything is acceptable to each person that does them.
• Every victim call forth, attracts, and creates their oppressor, and every oppressor calls forth their victims.

Part 2: Karma

• Everything comes back as karma
• Antonio defines karma as the harvest that comes back to you from the seeds you plant.
• Each harvest is fair and kind, even when it hurts.

1. Experience everything you desire

2. Analyze all those things

3. Understand why you did them

4. Accept that you did them

5. Along your path, teach others

6. Forgiveness

• You have to forgive other self
• The more you don’t forgive yourself, the more you create disease in your body
