Dr. Christopher Palmer is a psychiatrist at McLean Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.


His clinical practice focuses on helping people suffering from treatment resistant mental illnesses. He has been involved in psychiatric research for well over 20 years. His research focuses on metabolism, metabolic disorders and their connection to mental disorders. And his work and research has led to his book Brain Energy- A Revolutionary Breakthrough in Understanding Mental Health--and Improving Treatment for Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD, and More. https://brainenergy.com/

Dr. Palmer has startet a grassroots movement calling for a transformation in the mental health field. As he says: Countless people are desperate for more effective treatments. We can – and must – do better.
