Because Joe has not been here for the past two episodes, he clearly needed to make his presence felt in episode fifty-six. And he did that by breaking into a not quite full but none the less interesting breakdown of his performance at the Vanguard Tactics Grand Series 9th Edition Tournament Event which he helped birth. Despite him not knowing exactly why he and his employer opted to call it a Grand Series specifically, it sounded like a pretty good weekend of gaming, and it’s nice to be able to hear some tales from the more competitive end of the tabletop again!

To celebrate the official launch of Warhammer 40,000 9th Edition (#New40k) the good people of Games Workshop put on a celebratory live stream. During which they showed off a bunch of new models, and we opted to review them. Fancy!
