Let’s talk about anxiety. At any given point in time, a person has a 30% chance of suffering from it. Some people are aware of it but they struggle to manage it while some others are not aware and it may be managing them, causing a lot of symptoms that they think are coming from other factors or making other conditions feel a lot worse.
