DJScias is the lead moderator for the Discord Moderator Program’s Reddit and Discord teams, while Eliza is the community manager of Twitch streamer ClassyKatie, as well as a moderator for events such as GamesDoneQuick and DreamHack. Both of our guests started out small in the world of content moderation and grew to have the roles they have now, offering great insight into how to get involved in moderation.
