Track Gallery, situated at 42 Miller Crescent Mount Waverley, just opposite the Mt Waverley Railway Station.
From May 12th to May 23rd - Art 'n Easel presents Creativity Unlocked with paintings by Rashmi and her students.
The exhibition includes paintings and artworks of about 30 of Rashmi Gore’s students, both children and adults.
Most of the artworks have been done in online classes last year OR in person classes during Term 1 in 2021.
The opening times are:
Wednesday, Thursday 10.30 am – 2.30 pm
Friday 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
Saturday 11:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Opening ceremony May 13th at 6 pm.
May 15th from 2:00 pm to 3.30 pm sees a workshop for ages 6 & up.
Make your own customized Doodle art Table mat. All materials provided.
Bookings are compulsory.

Also coming up at the Monash Public Library Service is a weeklong program to promote awareness and acceptance, celebrate diversity and provide programs for members and friends of the LGBTQI community. From 16-22 May.

On Sunday, May 16 at 215pm there’s a film Call Me By Your Name screening at the Glen Waverley Library 112 Kingsway Glen Waverley.
It’s in the summer of 1983, and precocious 17-year-old Elio Periman in Italy meets Oliver, a handsome doctoral student, and amid the sun-drenched splendour of their surroundings, they discover the heady beauty of awakening desire that will alter their lives forever.

On May 19 from 6.30 pm at the Clayton Library 9-15 Cooke St Clayton a screening titled A Kid Like Jake. The story is of a Brooklyn couple that has always known that their four-year-old son is more interested in fairy tale princesses than toy cars.
