There are a couple important traits I possess that set me apart from the other Realtors out there.

What sets me apart from all the other Realtors out there?
The first is my history of dedication to service. In my free time, I volunteer with the local fire department. I’ve always been keen on helping people, and I would like to translate that into my real estate career in order to help you.
Second, I’m willing to get down and dirty if need be. Let’s say we’re looking to buy you a home and we’re having some trouble finding the right one. I’m not going to just sit back and say, “Oh well.” I will go out and find someone who might just be thinking about selling their home but is now ready to pull the trigger.
If we’re looking to sell your home, I’m not just going to put a sign in the yard and wait for a buyer to come. I’m going to get boots on the ground, be productive, and find the right buyer who will love your home as much as you have.

I would like to translate my history of dedication into my real estate career.

Let me tell you a quick story to show my level of service. I had a client once who was both a buyer and a seller—they needed to sell their home before they could buy their next one. Both closings were set on the same day, but unfortunately a problem arose with the sale of their first home. We had to get a little creative, but we were able to work it out so they could move into their new home at no additional cost and with zero delay.
