We're kicking it old school this week, as we're diving into one of the most important and underrated games in the series - Metroid II! We're once again joined by Staff Writer Daniel Hoctor to go over our first memories of playing it, how its limitations might or might not dissuade newer players, the importance of the games story and gameplay on the rest of the series, why none of the music has come back, our thoughts on the evolution of the Metroids, what this original version offers that neither Samus Returns or AM2R does, and so much more! If you haven't played Metroid II in a long time, or maybe ever, you owe it to yourself to fire it up on NSO and give it a whirl!
