Meetings get a pretty bad rap… People think they’re too long, too boring, or they don’t actually achieve anything. But if that’s the case in your practice, you’re doing them WRONG!

In this podcast, you’ll learn:

  • How to create context and set the flow of your meetings
  • How to individually engage your team in meetings
  • The follow-up timeframe method

Everyone needs to know the purpose of the meeting, and there is immense power with being specific about your objective for meeting with your team.
