If we sat down across from each other and I asked you point blank "What do you really want in and from your midlife health, in your fitness, in your nutrition?" - would you have a good, solid answer? Do you even KNOW what you want?
Today we're talking about digging in and digging down on those those. Giving ourselves ammunition to motivate us to make the right choices on a consistent basis in order to get those things that we really want.
