Once we realize we need something different in life, how do we know what that is?
The good news is, you don't have to know right away! You don't have to decide right at this moment what you are going to do differently, what path to take, what you are going to do from here on out forever. We can open ourselves up and truly explore life and all it has to offer. Look to others who inspire us or have what we want and see what they are doing. We can read books and try new things. Spend some time getting in touch with who we are and be open to discovering things we didn't even know were possible. The world is fully open with possibilities and opportunity... Take chances, overcome fears, do things that make you uncomfortable. Let the world in and let yourself out!
