Maverick and Wolfman are joined by Gwen Buchanon, PT. Gwen survived 2 LIFE Threatening Accidents and endured 2 hip replacements prior to hiking the Appalachian Trail (AT) in 2021.
Gwen also known as "Hip Hiker" completed the Appalachian Trail in 5 months and 5 days after her 2nd hip replacement (INCREDIBLE)!
"I was supposed to hike the trail in 2020 and COVID hit and they actually shut the trail down. I decided to wait until 2021."
"I do enjoy Running more because I don't care about times or anything, at least not Now!"
"I was in an Accident in 2005 and 2008 and each time, I mean it was Life Threatening!"
"I broke my Pelvis in 2005 in a really bad accident."
