One important consideration we need to keep in mind as coaches or someone on their own transformation journey is the role of stress and how this affects appetite and following a given nutrition protocol. I'm sure you've dealt with stressful times in your life and that can potentially trigger either the urge to overeat or not eat enough, leading to potentially low energy.
