You might be spending more time in the gym than necessary and it's hurting your gains and overall results. My team and I have seen this many times when clients come in that are metabolically adapted, under-recovered, and overtraining relative to their recovery. While this doesn't apply to everyone, it is an issue with enough individuals that it's an important topic to cover.
