About Mona

Mona Pretorius de Lacey is a 6-time Karate World Champion, CrossFit Games athlete as well as a Commonwealth Games medalist in Olympic Weightlifting. She is currently in the South African squad for the Olympic Games in 2021 in Tokyo. Mona also has an Honours Degree in Sport Psychology as well as an Honours Certificate in Mindfulness Training.

"For now, my main goal is the Olympics and my Online business as a Coach. After the Olympics, I would like to be able to build on the Sport Psychology side of things and have my own practice in the next 12 months and work as a Mental Performance Coach. Eventually, (Goal: To start in the next 5 Years) I would love to get my Ph.D. in Sport Psychology. It's another big goal but something I have been wanting to do for years."
