Kathleen Donnelly Isreal is the author of the book, "Wisdom on the Camino: A Spiritual Journey Sharing Forgiveness and Possibilities to Inspire the Rest of Your Life." She is also a retired hospice nurse who became her husband's primary caregiver after his Parkinson's disease diagnosis until his death.

Kathleen Donnelly Isreal shares her story of how her husband Ron got Parkinson's disease and how they both coped with his terminal disease. She talks about how Ron embraced his illness and how she learned from him to relax into it and enjoy life regardless of what's going on.

Kathleen also discusses how she studied and found healing during this transition time. After Ron died, she decided to walk the Camino Santiago de Compostela in Spain and share her philosophies of love and healing with those she met.
