Starring Marlene Dietrich and Clark Gable, hosted by studio executive, director, and film producer Cecil B. DeMille. Based on the film, Morocco, from 1930 which also starred Marlena, but with Gary Cooper in the Clark Gable role. Legionnaire & Morocco are based on the 1927 novel, Amy Jolly, by Benno Vigny.
The story is about a cabaret singer and a Legionnaire who fall in love during the Rif War, and whose relationship is complicated by his womanizing and the appearance of a rich man who is also in love with her.
