You might not have been officially diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue, but you are feeling the repercussions of overloading your schedule, your work/life balance is anything but in balance or your stress levels have been consistently elevated during the last two years of the pandemic.

In any case, your adrenals most likely hit rock bottom at one point if you are feeling wired but tired, sluggish throughout the day and then experiencing a massive second wind at night. You might also feel that your blood pressure is low and you are experiencing dizziness from time to time. Those are all signs that your adrenals need a little TLC.
