How is it that Groww proclaims to be a leader in the stockbroking world while failing to provide basic customer support?

Clearly, Groww, the blue-eyed boy among stockbrokers, is not in control of the complaints that its active client base is facing consistently. So, is Groww going to do anything about it?

What are these complaints that are so hard to handle that Groww is failing now and then?

Are these complaints any serious or just too childish that Groww is paying very little attention?

Is the whole, "Customer is the King" deal not so important for Groww?
