Episode 19 of Season 2, we bring back registered nurse and certified holistic health coach (CHHC) Jane K. Dye, who works with people to achieve great changes in their bodies through small changes in their lifestyle habits. While we focused in her last appearance on water, sleep and oxygen, today Jane tells her own remarkable health story, gives us a glimpse of how she became so fascinated with what our bodies could do, and then talks about the incredible power of what she calls 'crowding out' to help replace bad habits with good ones. Give it a listen; this is amazing!
In our second jam, we talk about a lifelong favorite--movie musicals! Each of us has firm opinions about what we love and why; listen to OUR favorites list and then tell us your own!
Here's the clip of the famous barn dance in SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS (Susan's all-time favorite musical, bar none):

Today's episode is brought to you by REALIZING YOU: A Novel Approach to Changing Your Life, by Ron Doades and Susan Sloate, a self-help NOVEL (I invented the genre, back in 2013!) and a great read to assist in making those 'small changes that bring big results'. Filled with a great story and great exercises to help you change your own life, this novel is both a dynamite read and a chance to turn over a new leaf.
