At our Manipura or solar plexus chakra lies our internal flame. This is our source of energy, action, confidence and empowerment! This meditation will give you the power to begin to let go of things in your life that no longer serve you. It is such an empowering thing to do, simply to decide to let go! Just letting go of negative thoughts (which serve none of us!) is so powerful. Let your internal flame burn bright!
