Combat Stress 100 was a joint project between veterans’ mental health charity Combat Stress and reminiscence charity Age Exchange. In this episode, Age Exchange’s Artistic Director David Savill explains how the Combat Stress 100 project came about. He discusses the journey the project went on – from initial concept to creating the film – and how interviewing veterans around the UK about their mental health had a life-changing effect on him.
