This journey is in a deeper meditative state, and can be fun, healing, and for a few this might be a cautious adventure to explore depending on your intention and what your higher self deems is "for your best".
I've done these and haven't had an unappealing experience, but, that was my experience. Some might feel this opens up new worlds and they are all about it, and others might use this as a once in awhile healing technique to get through a challenge or trauma.
You can do a future time in this lifetime or go into another life time completely~ you get to choose.
