In episode 211 Lisa asks the question, "How much is enough" and What CAN you do?" to create results with ease NOT by doing more but by allowing yourself to do less.

Many of you are chronic over-doers, busy all the time with a million plates spinning and responsibilities to manage. Today, Lisa will encourage you about the stories you might be telling yourself about excellence and getting it right instead of just allowing yourself to do something. Many of Lisa's clients struggle with the idea of not doing things perfectly or being all in, however because of this mindset they often find themselves failing and feeling badly.

Today's message is about exploring what ONE thing you can do that will support you getting results and will allow you to stay committed.

You don't need to do everything, but don't allow that to stop you from doing something.

Find the things that you love that support you showing up as your best self and do that.

If you haven't already, we would be so grateful if you'd leave a rating and review of the show!
